        This presentation will shock you one minute and have you laughing the next.  A mother tells the story of her daughter's "one night only" while she is helping her get ready for prom.



           - Performance Entitled:  YOU Are a Piece of the Puzzle

         This workshop or talk reminds you how valuable you are in a puzzle. Each piece in it's rightful place represent each one of you. Your puzzle should be a tightly fitted design that let's you know without each one of you, the puzzle will be incomplete. I will remind you that together, every piece of the puzzle accomplish more.

           - Performance Entitled: SEXTING

        What is it?, how does it affect you, your family and your friends. It's straight talk with young girls and boys about the danger of sex-ting. How does it make you look and feel in the eyes of your peers?  Are you able to talk about it? If not, let's talk. Are you now considered a girl or guy gone wild? Did you sign a contract to have your pics sent all over the community or internet? How is your self-esteem and where are your friends now?  

            - Performance Entitled: Dare to be different: 
  
        This talk or workshop is for the young and the old. Do you consider yourself different? Are you your own person, or are you a carbon copy of your friends?  Are you easily influenced? Don't settle for less. I believe in you, now you need to believe in you.

Learn to say:  It's okay to say goodbye to yesterday 
        This presentation will provide you with why each one of us should leave the past behind. Each participant will be motivated and encouraged to make new changes in an effort to improve his or her way of thinking.

Learn How To:  Step out of old mind sets 
        Step out of a mind set that tells you how your day will be lived. Learn how to close down defeated thoughts which clutter the mind. Open yourself up to a new channel of thinking. There is an old adage which says: "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." I do trust and believe divverent!


Deal with People Stress:  People can be hazardous to your health! 
        Each one of us have certain "dragons" in our lives that we need to chase away in order to live in the today. This workshop identifies the different stages of stgress and how to control those stressors so that they might work for us rather than against us.

Deal with yourself:  I am a walking penitentiary!            
    The only person you can control is yourself. Ms. H keeps it real by speaking about how to keep yourself under cohtrol in all areas of your life.

Learn how to relate to others: Barrier between you and me 

        What separates you from me?  What causes you to look the other way? Why do you look at me and don't acknowledge me?  It's like an invisible barrier that keeps us from truly engaging in life.  What is the wall that keeps you disconnected from others?  Why is it there? Learn how to identify and break down the invisible walls that hold you back.  It doesn't have to be that way!


Learn how to sustain yourself: Before it's too late!    
        Learn before it's too late! Ask yourself, "What was I thinking?" For the most part, our response would be, "I wasn't!" Unexpected things do happen. If I knew then what I know now, life would be so much better. We must learn how to sustain ourselves before the eleventh hour! So don't wait...  Learn before it's too late!
